It’s been 25 years since Baxter Personnel was first formed as a local recruitment agency and became a registered business on 26th March 1991. At the time, there was only a handful of staff members employed at their Darlington office that focused on securing positions within the local region.
Twenty five years later and it’s a much different story with the generalist recruiter now operating several branches throughout the UK. The past 12 months has been particularly ground breaking for the business, as they have opened a brand new Head Office in Darlington as well as 2 new branches. Also in the past year, Baxter Personnel has made the leap from being an established regional recruiter to supplying staff on a national level.
Baxter Personnel’s Accountant Steve Cossins, who has worked with the business for the entire 25 years said, “I have worked with Baxter Personnel on their accounts since the very beginning and have seen them more than double in size. Particularly in the past couple of years, I have seen the company skyrocket as they continue to expand. It is fantastic to see this business flourish and I wish them the best of success moving forward as they continue to grow.”
Throughout Baxter Personnel’s rich 25 year history, they have established many long-term relationships with both high profile clients and local companies alike. These relationships are down to Baxter Personnel excelling in the level of service offered and dedication from both the consultants and the management team alike.
In 2015, the recruiter also teamed up with Middlesbrough Football Club to become their latest Gold Partner. Baxter Personnel have also recently just started to recruit for positions at the football club further demonstrating their strong bond with Middlesbrough FC.
Throughout 2016, Baxter Personnel will be holding a number of celebrations for their candidates, clients and staff to mark this prestigious occasion. Reflecting on the anniversary, Managing Director, Andrew Harrow said: ‘I am really proud to be celebrating 25 years of Baxter Personnel this year.
