Personnel. We're offering the opportunity for some of our
candidates to take part in interviews via Skype, FaceTime or
WhatsApp. Here is what you need to know before your interview…
I've booked a
Skype Interview...
If you've chosen to take part in a Skype interview, you will
need to ensure you've downloaded Skype on your device before your
scheduled appointment.
You can install Skype using your device's App store or you can
download the software online here.
I've booked a
FaceTime Interview…
If you've opted to use FaceTime for your interview, you must
ensure you've got access to an Apple device on the day of your
appointment. The Apple device must also be linked to the mobile
number you provided during the application process.
I've booked a
WhatsApp Interview…
If you've chosen to use WhatsApp for your video interview,
please make sure you have downloaded WhatsApp onto your device in
advance. WhatsApp can be downloaded using your device's App
store.
PLEASE NOTE, IN ALL CASES YOU WILL NEED ACCESS TO A
DEVICE WITH A WORKING CAMERA.
What do I need
to do once I've booked my interview?
Once you've provided us with the necessary information, via our
booking form, and you have access to a suitable device (with a
camera) then you're good to go!
Our consultant will contact you on the platform you've chosen on
the date and time you have selected. To avoid any delay, please
ensure you have access to a clear internet connection.
If for any reason you need to reschedule or want to cancel your
interview, you can do so by following the links provided in your
confirmation email.
