Following unprecedented success over the last year, Baxter Personnel is once again branching out, this time into Middlesbrough.
This isn’t the only success Baxter Personnel have had over the last year. Already in 2015, Baxter Personnel have branched out into Thirsk, and opened a brand new head office function in Darlington to support their growth, and allow their original Blackwellgate location to become a stand-alone Darlington branch.
Heading back to his Teesside roots, Managing Director, Andrew Harrow said “This year has been a defining year for Baxter Personnel as we have already expanded into new head office premises in April, allowing us to develop and grow the business further. It really is a proud moment for me to be opening a branch in Middlesbrough, the area I grew up in and began my recruitment career.”
“It was always my intention to expand the business and branch out into the Teesside area, and Baxter Personnel’s recent successes have allowed me to do so. Everyone at Baxter Personnel has worked very hard to get the business to this point and it really has flourished over the last 2 years. We have won some high profile clients, such as Aldi, giving us the opportunity work on large scale recruitment projects to showcase just what we are capable of.”
Baxter Personnel already have an abundant client base in the region and continue to expand this in preparation for the new branch opening. They are a generalist agency covering a multitude of sectors and industries and already recruit for a vast range of clients in Darlington, the North East and across Yorkshire.
The Middlesbrough economy is looking bright, and is a fundamental location for Baxter Personnel to develop the business further. It has seen the second highest growth in the country for the number of businesses within its boundaries, according to the latest Inward Investment Guide to England by the Municipal Journal (based on research by Local Futures). It also had one of the highest business start-up rates in England at 8.6% between 2008 and 2012 and in research by information analysts Experian, looking at actual and potential growth, Middlesbrough is ranked fourth in the country for numbers of ‘business champions’ capable of driving economic growth.
The opening of the Middlesbrough branch means Baxter Personnel will bring new jobs to the area, not only through their clients, but the company plan to introduce at least 4 new members of staff. Initially, due to the new branch opening, Baxter Personnel has a fantastic opportunity for a suitably experienced candidate to head up its new Middlesbrough location as the Branch Manager.
